Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by FOP Nosenko Volodymyr, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, who receives all payments ("we", "us").
2. Services
We design and build:
- Website: up to 5 pages, delivered in 2 business days.
- Online store: template-based store, delivered in up to 5 business days.
- Simple app: scope defined by the brief, delivered in up to 7 business days.
Every website and store includes mobile optimization, basic SEO, Google and Meta pixels, Google Analytics 4, lead notifications by Telegram or email, and a domain for the first year. Complex apps, admin panels, hosting, app store publishing and advertising management are not included and are quoted separately.
3. How an order works
- You submit the order form and the brief.
- We send you the bank details and confirm the scope.
- You pay the 50% prepayment. The contract is formed when we receive it.
- We build and deliver the site, then apply your revisions.
- You pay the remaining 50% on delivery of the finished site.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR on the Spanish site and in USD on the English site, and exclude VAT and any other taxes. Payment is by bank transfer: 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery. Bank fees on your side are paid by you. [Specify what happens if the final 50% is not paid, e.g. the site is not published on your domain until payment is complete.]
5. Delivery timeline
The timeline is counted in business days from the day we receive the 50% prepayment, if it arrives before 13:00 Madrid time on a business day. If it arrives later or on a non-business day, the timeline starts on the next business day. The timeline is paused while we wait for information or approvals from you. In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the timeline may be extended; if so, we will notify you in advance with the reason and a new delivery date.
6. Content
To meet the timeline, we launch with stock photos and copy written by us. You may send your own photos with your first round of revisions. Replacing our copy with your own text is outside the stated timeline. You confirm that any material you send us (logos, photos, text) is yours or that you have the right to use it.
7. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Each round is one complete list of changes sent in a single message. A revision is a change to text, images, colors or the order of sections within the agreed structure. New pages, new features or a redesign are new work and are quoted separately. 8. Admin panel
Sites are delivered without an admin panel; changes are made by us. An admin panel can be built to your requirements as a separate paid service.
9. Hosting and domain
The domain is included for the first year; renewal after that is your responsibility [or: is billed by us at cost]. Hosting is not included. We offer hosting for a monthly fee that depends on the site, usually $12–29 per month. [Specify notice period and what happens to the site if hosting is unpaid.]
10. Ownership

11. Results
We build sites that are technically ready for advertising and search engines. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or search rankings, which depend on your market, budget and offer.
12. Cancellation and refunds

13. Liability
